Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointment Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee. Once a physical organisation session has been fully delivered, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection laws.
